Yes. Klariqo registers into the client's existing VICIdial or Asterisk contact center as a remote SIP agent. Nothing gets replaced. The AI layer slots in; the client keeps their dialer, their agents, and their workflows.

How is it priced for our clients?

Prepaid bulk minute blocks, not metered per-minute invoices. The client pays a clean lump sum for a block of minutes and runs on it for the period. Their finance team sees one predictable line item. You buy the pool wholesale and set your own resale rate.

How long does integration take?

The dialer-side setup is roughly 10 minutes — the client shares dialer credentials, we whitelist the connection, and the AI agent is live. We support you through it.
