The buyer mandate

Make every vendor prove what was said.

You carry the liability for calls you never hear. Put one clause in every vendor contract and require a Klariqo Call Record on every call: signed, independently timestamped, and verifiable by you, without trusting the vendor.

The carrier proves when. TrustedForm proves the form. Nobody proves what was said.

Your clause

Template language to adapt with your own counsel. This is not legal advice. Klariqo provides provable, audit-ready evidence of each call; the legal and consent obligations remain yours.

Questions buyers ask

Is there a TrustedForm for phone calls?

Not from TrustedForm. TrustedForm certifies the web form; nothing it produces proves what was said on the call. The call-side equivalent is a signed, independently timestamped call record, a Klariqo Call Record (KCR). This page generates the contract clause that requires one.

My vendor already records calls. Why isn't that enough?

A raw recording proves nothing on its own. Anyone can edit an audio file, and you have to take the vendor's word that it's the real, complete call. A KCR is signed and independently timestamped, so you can verify it's unaltered yourself, without trusting the vendor.

Does requiring a KCR make my calls compliant?

No. A KCR is audit-ready evidence of what was said and when. Whether a given call was lawful is your counsel's call. The clause makes sure that if anyone ever asks, you can prove what happened instead of guessing.

What does my vendor actually have to do?

Run their calls on a dialer that produces a KCR. Klariqo installs on VICIdial and most SIP dialers in about ten minutes; the vendor produces the record, you verify it, and nothing changes about how they dial.

Can I really withhold payment without a KCR?

That line is the clause's choice, not ours, and it's the same mechanism that made web-form certificates standard: no certificate, no payment. You decide whether to include it.

Every call your vendors run becomes a Klariqo Call Record: a signed, tamper-evident record you can check yourself. See what goes into a KCR →
