How does billing work?
You start free, with a card on file. After that it is prepaid: you top up a balance, from $50, and we draw down from it per minute of recorded audio as your calls come in. There are no seat licences, no setup fee, and no minimum term. When the balance runs low you top up again.
What counts as a billable call?
If a call produced a recording, it produced a Klariqo Call Record, and its minutes are billable. That is the whole rule. It includes real conversations, short calls, drops, and voicemails. A 5-second voicemail rounds up to 30 seconds, which is one cent at the base rate. We do not filter anything out, because every recording gets scored and sealed into a record.
Do I pay per seat?
No. You can have 500 agents logged into your dialer and you pay for the minutes they record, nothing else. If your volume drops next month, your bill drops with it. There are no seats to add, remove, or manage.
What do I get on the base rate?
Two things, on every recorded call. Automated QA, scored against the scorecard you write, on 100% of your calls rather than the 1% to 2% a human team can hand-sample. And a Klariqo Call Record: the audio, transcript, and score sealed into a signed file with an independent RFC 3161 trusted timestamp, so it can be shown to be unaltered and cannot be backdated. PII redaction and managed voice AI are optional layers on top.
Do I have to change my dialer?
No. Klariqo runs on the dialer you already have. VICIdial connects in about 10 minutes. Nothing about how your agents work changes.
Can I still check my records if I leave?
Yes. Records are packaged in the open vCon format and independently timestamped, so you can download your files and confirm them with standard cryptographic tools. You do not need an active Klariqo account, or us, to confirm a record is genuine and unaltered.
