Klariqo packages the audio fingerprint, the transcript, and the QA result into an open, signed vCon file that belongs to you. Host it, archive it, move it into any system you want. Every Klariqo record's hash is registered with an independent ledger witness (JLINC), a tamper-evident receipt. What is a signed vCon file?
An open, IETF-track file format for conversations. It cryptographically binds the call audio fingerprint, the transcript, the metadata, and the QA result into a single tamper-evident package.
How long does VICIdial setup take?
About ten minutes. Klariqo is built for the dialer you already run, so there's no long enterprise onboarding cycle.
Can we verify records after canceling?
Yes. Because you own the signed vCon files and they're witnessed on an independent ledger, anyone can verify them on the public verifier, free, forever.
