Klariqo / Compare / NICE

Stop renting dashboard scores. Own your audit-ready evidence.

NICE is an excellent, enterprise-grade cloud contact center and workforce engagement platform, built for deep omnichannel operations, quality management, and conversational analytics, and it scores compliance across 100% of your interactions inside its own platform. Klariqo is a VICIdial-native compliance layer. We package every scored call into a signed, tamper-evident vCon file that you own and can verify independently, even after you cancel.

Where each one fits

A full contact-center suite, or the owned-evidence layer.

NICE is built for

Large enterprise contact centers running massive, omnichannel operations across voice, chat, email, and social media that want a complete, all-in-one contact center platform with workforce engagement and coaching tools in a single suite.

Klariqo is built for

Outbound call centers and BPOs running regulated campaigns on VICIdial that need audit-ready, independently verifiable evidence to defend a TCPA claim, without locking into a giant, all-in-one contact center suite or high annual seat minimums, which matters when outbound campaigns expand and contract and you don't want to pay for seats you aren't running.

The core difference

You leave with a record, not a login.

01

You own the record, not just the score.

A standard QA tool analyzes your calls and shows you a score inside its dashboard. Klariqo packages the audio fingerprint, the transcript, and the QA result into an open, signed vCon file that belongs to you. Host it, archive it, move it into any system you want. It's your asset, not a row in someone else's database.

02

Independently witnessed, not self-attested.

A first-party platform asks your clients and regulators to take its word for the score, it graded its own homework. Every Klariqo record's hash is registered with an independent ledger witness (JLINC), a tamper-evident receipt. When someone asks for proof, you don't send a screenshot of a private dashboard, you send a record they can verify themselves.

03

Verifiable forever, even after you cancel.

Your records are written in an open standard (vCon) and stay verifiable on our public verifier at no cost, even if you never pay us again. Your evidence is decoupled from your subscription, a lifetime archive you own, not a login you rent.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does Klariqo replace our manual QA team?
No. It gives them leverage. Instead of sampling one to two percent by hand, your analysts get 100% auto-scored calls and act as auditors and coaches on what's flagged.
Does NICE score 100% of calls?
Yes. NICE is a comprehensive platform that scores 100% of interactions and monitors compliance. The difference isn't the scoring, it's the ownership: with NICE your scores live inside their platform; with Klariqo you own the signed, portable, verifiable record.
What is a signed vCon file?
An open, IETF-track file format for conversations. It cryptographically binds the call audio fingerprint, the transcript, the metadata, and the QA result into a single tamper-evident package.
How long does VICIdial setup take?
About ten minutes. Klariqo is built for the dialer you already run, so there's no long enterprise onboarding cycle.
Can we verify records after canceling?
Yes. Because you own the signed vCon files and they're witnessed on an independent ledger, anyone can verify them on the public verifier, free, forever.
