Yes. A KCR is a file. Whoever you send it to opens the public verifier, or checks the signature offline with a standard reader. They do not need an account with us and they do not need to have heard of us.
An independent third party holds a receipt proving the record existed in that exact form at that moment. We cannot alter it afterwards without the signature failing.
No. Nothing about your calls, not even a fingerprint, is posted anywhere public. The proof travels inside the file.
