A Klariqo Call Record (KCR) is Klariqo's signed, tamper-evident, independently verifiable record of a single call, scored for compliance and generated on the dialer you already run. It is the call-event equivalent of a web-form consent certificate like TrustedForm: the branded, checkable artifact a buyer can require from every vendor and audit across 100% of calls.
One digital asset, five layers: automated QA scoring, a cryptographic signature, automated PII redaction, an independent witness, and a public-ledger anchor you do not have to trust us to verify.
Every call scored for compliance against your own rules, not a 2% sample.
A SHA-512 signature seals the audio, transcript, and analysis. Any change is detectable.
Card numbers, SSNs, and health details are automatically detected and redacted from transcript and audio.
A neutral third party (JLINC) countersigns the record, verifiable against its public identity.
The record's fingerprint is anchored to a public ledger (Hedera) Klariqo does not control.
Start with the public ledger: a KCR's fingerprint can be anchored to Hedera, a public ledger Klariqo does not control, and anyone can confirm integrity in a browser with no login. The independent witness (JLINC) is verified cryptographically against its public identity, not a click-to-verify page. Both prove integrity and timing, not that the call was lawful.
The network requires a TrustedForm certificate to prove consent on every lead. Require a KCR on every call to prove what was said. Tell your centers: every call delivers a KCR, or you do not pay for it.
A KCR does not make you compliant and it is not a compliance certification. It is audit-ready evidence; the compliance program stays yours.
