Klariqo / Compare / CallMiner

Their platform keeps the analysis. You should keep the record.

CallMiner is a powerful conversation-analytics platform. It auto-scores 100% of your interactions, monitors compliance in real time, and redacts sensitive data, all inside its own platform. Klariqo is a VICIdial-native compliance layer. We package every scored call into a signed, independently timestamped record that you own and can verify yourself, with no account and no access to anyone's system, even after you cancel.

Where each one fits

A broad analytics suite, or the owned-evidence layer.

CallMiner is built for

Large enterprise and mid-market contact centers (their materials cite a ~60-agent floor) that want deep conversation analytics, real-time compliance monitoring, and redaction across voice and digital interactions inside one platform.

Klariqo is built for

Outbound call centers and BPOs running regulated campaigns on VICIdial that need audit-ready, independently verifiable evidence they own to defend a TCPA claim, without an enterprise contract or a 60-agent minimum, and without paying for seats they aren't running when campaigns expand and contract.

The core difference

You leave with a record, not a login.

01

You own the record, not just the analysis.

CallMiner analyzes your calls and surfaces scores, alerts, and trends inside its platform. Klariqo packages the audio fingerprint, the transcript, and the QA result into an open, signed record that belongs to you. Host it, archive it, move it into any system. It's your asset, not a row in someone else's database.

02

Independently timestamped, not self-attested.

A platform that scores your calls and stores the result is asking a regulator to take its word for it, it graded its own homework. Every Klariqo record carries an independent RFC 3161 trusted timestamp, the standard behind legal e-signatures. When someone asks for proof, you don't screenshot a dashboard, you hand them a record they can verify themselves.

03

Verifiable by anyone, even after you cancel.

Your records are written in an open standard and stay verifiable on our public verifier at no cost, even if you never pay us again. Your evidence is decoupled from your subscription, a record you own, not a login you rent.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does Klariqo replace CallMiner?
No. They do different jobs. CallMiner is a broad conversation-analytics suite for coaching, trends, and real-time monitoring. Klariqo produces the one thing it doesn't: a signed, independently verifiable record of each call that you own.
Does CallMiner score 100% of calls?
Yes. CallMiner auto-scores 100% of interactions; it's a capable platform. The difference isn't the scoring, it's ownership: CallMiner's scores live inside its platform, while a Klariqo Call Record is a signed, portable record you own and can verify anywhere.
What is a Klariqo Call Record (KCR)?
A signed, tamper-evident, independently timestamped record of a single call, an open signed vCon under the hood, binding the call's audio fingerprint, transcript, and QA result into one portable file you own.
Does CallMiner work with VICIdial?
Not natively. CallMiner is built around enterprise connectors and APIs, and VICIdial isn't a documented integration. Klariqo registers into VICIdial as a remote agent in about ten minutes.
Can we verify records after canceling?
Yes. Because you own the signed files and they carry an independent trusted timestamp, anyone can verify them on the public verifier, free, forever.
Own your evidence

Keep the record, not the login.

Own the signed, verifiable record of every call. Verify a sample yourself, or see it on your own calls.
