Integration

Klariqo + VICIdial.

Not a replacement. An upgrade. Add a phone extension in VICIdial, and Klariqo starts qualifying calls in 10 minutes. No SIP trunks. No carrier config. No Twilio. Your agents only talk to qualified leads.

Your agents are spending 60% of their time on junk.

VICIdial is great at dialing. It's not great at knowing who's worth talking to. Right now your closers pick up every transfer — voicemails, wrong numbers, unqualified leads, people who just want to yell. That's expensive.

40%

of dialed calls hit voicemail

25%

are wrong numbers or hang-ups

15%

don't qualify for your offer

That means only ~20% of calls your agents handle are actually qualified prospects. You're paying closers to do a filter's job.

Test it on one campaign.

300 minutes free. If it doesn't change the math, walk away.

How it works.

1

VICIdial dials the list

Your predictive dialer does what it does best — burns through the list at scale. Nothing changes here.

2

Live answers hit Klariqo first

Klariqo registers as a phone extension on your VICIdial server — just like adding a new agent. Live answers route to our AI instantly via direct SIP. No Twilio relay, no trunk config.

3

AI qualifies the lead

Natural conversation — not a robot reading a script. Asks your qualification questions, handles objections, verifies eligibility. Takes 60-90 seconds.

4

Qualified? Warm transfer to your closer

Lead passes qualification → Klariqo transfers the live call directly back to your VICIdial agent queue via SIP. No Twilio hop, no added latency. The closer gets a pre-qualified prospect on the line.

5

Not qualified? AI handles it

Wrong number, not interested, doesn't qualify — AI ends the call politely. Your agents never waste a second on it.

Before & after.

Without Klariqo

VICIdial dials → connects to agent

Agent talks to voicemails, wrong numbers, hang-ups

Agent manually qualifies every live person

Maybe 5-8 qualified transfers per agent per day

Cost: $15-25/hr per agent doing filter work

With Klariqo

VICIdial dials → connects to Klariqo AI

AI filters voicemails in ~4 seconds (AMD)

AI qualifies live answers in 60-90 seconds

Only qualified leads get warm-transferred to closers

Cost: $0.10-0.15/min — fraction of a human agent

Direct SIP — no Twilio relay, ~90ms faster response

Setup in 10 minutes — just add a phone extension

All of this for $0.10-0.15 per minute. No setup fees, no per-seat charges, no contracts.

What doesn't change.

Klariqo doesn't replace your dialer, your CRM, or your agent workflow. It sits between the dial and the agent — one layer that filters out the noise.

Your VICIdial config

Same campaigns, same lists, same dial ratios. We just change where live answers route.

Your agent workflow

Agents still sit in VICIdial waiting for transfers. They just get better ones.

Your CRM / disposition codes

Klariqo can push qualification data back into VICIdial or your CRM via webhook.

Your compliance setup

DNC lists, TCPA consent, recording disclaimers — all still managed in VICIdial. We add AI disclosure automatically.

Live in production.

Outbound

SSDI

AI calls leads, verifies disability status and eligibility, transfers qualified prospects to SSDI specialists.

Inbound

Final Expense

VICIdial transfers inbound calls to AI. 8 qualification questions verified, then warm transfer to licensed agents.

Outbound

ACA Health

AI calls, asks 2 qualifying questions (Medicare/Medicaid? Age?), transfers eligible leads to licensed health agents.

Expanding into debt relief, tax resolution, mortgage, mass tort, and general insurance. Each vertical gets its own qualification script and compliance guardrails.

Setup takes 10 minutes.

No SIP trunks. No carrier configuration. No IP whitelisting. No dial plan entries. Just add a phone extension — the same way you'd onboard a new human agent.

1

Create a SIP extension in VICIdial

Go to your VICIdial admin, add a new phone extension. Same process as adding any other agent. Takes 30 seconds.

2

Share the credentials with us

Extension number, password, server IP. That's it. We register directly on your PBX — Klariqo shows up as a live agent on your system.

3

Start taking calls

We register, the extension goes live, and Klariqo starts qualifying calls immediately. Test with a few calls, tune the script, go to production.

Why this matters

The old way (SIP trunks)

Configure SIP trunk and carrier

Set up registration strings and dial plans

Whitelist IPs on both sides

Debug for days when it doesn't connect

Pay Twilio $0.008/min on top

The new way (direct registration)

Add a phone extension 30 sec

Share 3 fields with us 1 min

We register and go live instant

Direct RTP — no middleman ~90ms faster

Twilio cost $0

Common questions.

Does this work with GoAutoDial / Issabel / other Asterisk forks?

Yes. Klariqo registers as a standard SIP extension — any Asterisk-based PBX works. VICIdial, GoAutoDial, Issabel, FreePBX, custom Asterisk. If it can create a phone extension, we integrate in 10 minutes.

Do I need to configure SIP trunks or Twilio?

No. That's the whole point. Our SIP Bridge registers directly on your PBX as a phone extension — no SIP trunk setup, no carrier config, no Twilio account, no IP whitelisting. It's the same process as adding a new human agent to your dialer.

What about Trackdrive and other ping-post platforms?

Trackdrive is already live in production. SIP transfer confirmed working. For platforms without native SIP, we also support Twilio-based routing as a fallback.

Can the AI handle objections or just ask questions?

Full conversational AI. It handles "I'm not interested," "how did you get my number," "I already have coverage," and other common objections naturally — not with canned responses.

What does it cost?

$0.10-0.15 per minute, all-in. No platform fees, no per-seat charges, no Twilio pass-through costs, no separate STT/LLM/TTS bills. Direct SIP means zero telephony markup. Enterprise volume pricing for 50K+ minutes.

How do I know if it's actually qualifying well?

Every call is recorded (dual-channel) and transcribed. You can listen to any call, review the qualification logic, and see exactly why it transferred or didn't. Full dashboard access.

Same dialer. Better leads.

Add a phone extension, run a 300-minute pilot with your actual VICIdial campaigns. Live in 10 minutes. If your closers aren't getting better transfers, you walk away.
