Klariqo + Five9.

AI qualification for your Five9 contact center. Your agents close. Our AI filters.

Your Five9 agents cost $175-325/mo each. Most of their time is spent on calls that go nowhere.

Five9 is world-class at routing, workforce management, and agent experience. But every call still starts the same way: a human agent picks up, spends 30-90 seconds figuring out if this person even qualifies, and most of the time they don't. That's your most expensive resource doing your cheapest job.

$250

average Five9 cost per agent per month

40-60%

of agent time on unqualified calls

$100-200

wasted per agent per day on filtering

You're paying licensed agents, trained closers, and skilled customer service reps to do what a machine can do in 60 seconds. That math doesn't work at scale.

How it works.

1

Five9 dials or receives the call

Your Five9 campaigns run as normal — predictive, progressive, or inbound. Nothing changes in your dialer configuration.

2

Call routes to Klariqo via SIP

Instead of hitting an agent queue immediately, Five9 transfers the call to Klariqo's SIP endpoint. Our AI picks up in under a second.

3

AI qualifies in 60-90 seconds

Natural conversation, not a phone tree. The AI asks your qualification questions, handles objections, and verifies eligibility — just like your best agent would.

4

Qualified calls warm-transfer back to Five9

Lead passes? Klariqo transfers the live call back into your Five9 agent queue. The closer gets a pre-qualified, warmed-up prospect on the line.

5

Not qualified? AI ends the call politely

Wrong number, not interested, doesn't meet criteria — the AI handles it and your agents never waste a second on it.

Before & after.

Without Klariqo

Five9 routes every call directly to an agent

Agents spend 40-60% of their time on junk calls

Closers manually qualify every person on the line

20 agents handling 50 calls/day = 1,000 calls, ~400 qualified

Monthly cost: 20 agents x $250 = $5,000 in Five9 fees alone

With Klariqo

Five9 routes calls through Klariqo AI first

AI filters voicemails, wrong numbers, unqualified in seconds

Only qualified, warm leads reach your closers

Same 400 qualified calls handled by 12 agents instead of 20

Save $2,000/mo in Five9 seats + higher close rates

What doesn't change.

Klariqo doesn't replace Five9. It sits between the call and the agent — one routing layer that filters out the noise before your team ever picks up.

Your Five9 campaigns

Same outbound campaigns, inbound queues, skill groups, and dial modes. We just change where calls route first.

Your agent desktop

Agents still use the Five9 Agent Desktop or Plus. They still get screen pops, dispositions, and call controls. They just get better calls.

Your WFM and QA

Workforce management, quality assurance, supervisor monitoring — all still in Five9. Your operational layer is untouched.

Your Five9 reporting

Dashboards, historical reports, real-time metrics — all still work. Klariqo adds its own qualification analytics on top.

The math.

Example: 20 agents on Five9, each handling 50 calls/day.

Without Klariqo

Five9 seats 20 agents
Five9 cost $5,000/mo
Calls/day 1,000
Qualified calls ~400 (40%)
Agent time on junk 60%

With Klariqo

Five9 seats needed 12 agents
Five9 cost $3,000/mo
Klariqo AI cost ~$800/mo
Calls to agents ~400 (qualified only)
Agent time on junk ~0%

Net savings

$1,200/mo

8 fewer Five9 seats ($2,000) minus Klariqo cost ($800). Plus higher conversion rates from agents only talking to qualified leads.

Common questions.

Does this work with Five9's IVR?

Yes. You can place Klariqo after your Five9 IVR, or replace parts of it. Most customers route calls from Five9's skill-based routing to Klariqo's SIP endpoint as an external transfer destination.

Can Klariqo push data into Five9's CRM?

Yes. Qualification data, call transcripts, and disposition outcomes can be pushed via webhook to Five9's CRM or any third-party CRM you use alongside Five9 (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

What about Five9's own AI features?

Five9's Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) is designed for self-service and basic routing. Klariqo does something different: full conversational qualification with objection handling, natural dialogue, and warm transfers. They complement each other.

How long does setup take?

About an hour. Configure the SIP transfer destination in Five9, share your qualification script with us, and run test calls. Most teams are live same day.

What does it cost?

$0.10-0.15 per minute, all-in. No platform fees, no per-seat charges, no separate STT/LLM/TTS bills. Enterprise volume pricing available for 50K+ minutes/month.

Same contact center. Smarter calls.

300-minute pilot with your actual Five9 campaigns. If your agents aren't getting better transfers, you walk away.
