Comparison
Air AI went quiet. Your calls don't have to.
Air AI promised autonomous voice agents for sales teams. If you've been burned by the upfront cost, broken features, or lack of support — here's what actually works.
Air AI launched with ambitious claims about fully autonomous phone agents. The pitch was compelling — AI that could handle entire sales conversations without human intervention. Here's what users actually experienced:
$25,000–$100,000 upfront licensing fee
Before making a single call, customers were asked to pay five or six figures — with no guarantee of results or refund.
Platform went inactive
By late 2023 into 2024, users reported the platform was no longer functioning reliably. No public roadmap, no status updates.
Broken integrations and features
Users reported CRM integrations that didn't work, call quality issues, and features that were demonstrated but never shipped.
Stalled refunds and billing disputes
Multiple users reported difficulty getting refunds for services that were never delivered. Some resorted to chargebacks.
No support channels
Customer support became unresponsive. No public community, no changelog, no way to get help when things broke.
This isn't about piling on. Many people believed in what Air AI was building — and spent real money on it. If you're one of them, you deserve a working alternative.
No upfront fee
Pay per minute, not per promise. No $25K licensing gamble. Start with a 300-minute pilot and scale from there.
$0.10–0.15/min all-in
STT, LLM, TTS, and telephony included in one rate. No hidden costs, no surprise invoices for provider fees.
Live and paying clients
Enterprise BPOs are running real calls on our platform right now. This isn't a demo — it's production infrastructure.
SIP-native architecture
Direct SIP trunk integration with VICIdial, Trackdrive, Five9, and other dialers. Not browser-only.
Built-in call features
AMD (voicemail detection), warm and cold transfer, dual-channel recording, and compliance disclaimers — all included.
300-minute pilot
Test with real calls and real transfers before committing. If the numbers don't work, you walk away.
What 10,000 minutes per month actually costs with each platform.
10,000 outbound mins/mo (Year 1)
$50,000 + $1,100/mo = $63,200/yr
10,000 inbound mins/mo (Year 1)
$50,000 + $3,200/mo = $88,400/yr
* Based on publicly reported pricing before platform went inactive.
10,000 mins/mo at $0.12/min (Year 1)
$0 + $1,200/mo = $14,400/yr
You save (vs Air AI outbound)
$48,800/yr

As of early 2024, Air AI's platform appears to be inactive. Users have reported being unable to access the service, reach support, or get updates on the product roadmap. We can't confirm their current status, but the volume of complaints speaks for itself.
That's between you and Air AI. Some users have reported success with chargebacks through their credit card provider or payment processor. If you paid a significant upfront fee for services that weren't delivered, documenting your experience and contacting your payment provider may be an option.
Three fundamental differences. First, no upfront fee — you pay per minute, not per license. Second, the platform is live and actively serving paying enterprise clients with real call volume. Third, we offer a 300-minute pilot so you can verify everything works before committing.
Start a pilot with us. There's no upfront cost, so you're not doubling down on another gamble. We'll configure your use case — whether that's outbound lead qualification, inbound call handling, or transfer to closers — and you test with real calls. If it works, scale up. If not, you've only spent on the minutes you used.
Currently live with SSDI, Final Expense, ACA health subsidy, and general insurance qualification. Expanding into debt relief, tax, mortgage, and mass tort. Each vertical gets its own qualification script and compliance guardrails.
Most pilots go live within a week. We configure your qualification script, set up SIP or Twilio routing, test with sample calls, and hand you a working system. No months-long onboarding, no waiting for features that never ship.
300-minute pilot. No upfront fee. Real calls, real transfers, real results. If the numbers don't add up, walk away.
